Could someone please tell me the difference between these sentences..

1. "I try my best." and "I'll try my best."
2. "How does he know??" and "How did he know??"

3. "I have trying to call you." and "I have tried to call you."
4. "Why were you absent yesterday??" and "Why did you absent yesterday??"

5. "Do you sit in front of a computer for a long time??" and "Can you sit in front of a computer for a long time?? "
