Did you win anything on the lottery yesterday?

(If there is meant to be a difference between having a "winning chance" and simply "winning", then I'm not clear what it is.)

"anything" is fine; there is no reason to change it. However, you can also say "Did you win a prize on the lottery yesterday?"

Thank you so much Emotion: smile
Is this correct if I said like this, "Did you win a prize on the lottery you bought yesterday?"

It's hard to make one good sentence.
Did anyone win the lottery for which you bought a ticket yesterday?

Two sentences would be more natural:
You bought a lottery ticket yesterday. Did anyone win?

Are you asking if your friend won a cash prize, or if anyone who bought a ticket won a cash prize?
