Could someone please find grammatical errors in the following paragraph
Upon contacting IOM Islamabad Migration Health Unit, we were informed that my spouse’s medical examination result had already been submitted in the software on December 11th 2015. We were asked to provide you my spouse’s IME no; i.e. 12512353 and send you the Payment Invoice Receipt so that you can re-check it.
