Right now I'm doing administration work. I am applying for lab jobs, which is more related to my degree.

I am writing to express my interest in this Laboratory Technician position since I believe it aligns with my interests and skill set. At the age of 18, I left my hometown (China) to receive education in the United States. During my time working on various research projects at undergraduate and graduate levels, I have become comfortable performing various techniques in A, B and C. In addition, I am proficient in conducting research in scientific literature, analyzing data, and troubleshooting experiments.

After graduating with an MS degree in Chemistry, with the concentration of Biochemistry, I have been a full-time worker in a laboratory focusing on the biology of development. Although this position has given me helpful experience and helped me grow more, I have realized I am passionate about research and hope to continue growing my scientific mindset and skills in another laboratory.

I am reliable and hard-working. I am also motivated and responsible for any action I take. With my willingness to learn new concepts and my previous experiences of working in research projects individually and with a team, I am confident that I will perform all duties at best and that I will make a significant contribution to your team.
