Thank you so much indeed. I would like to say first that I have pleasure in accepting your advices. Second, I would like to say that someone, especially one who isn't genius needs to be things explained in a plain language . On the other hand, I think any person who only learns from books can't understand the unclear language because he only is used to the explanation of the books which is usually focused on the rule(form) of term and is not deliberated the details of how it uses and and when it uses. On top of that, the problem would be difficult, especially when the person lives in an environment where English is not widely spoken. So I think that I am beginning to realise the use of those words. However, I am surprised that there isn't any word to modify this phrase here "much too low". In other words, that "much too" is used in isolation. And so, it still would be correct. The dog will be able to jump over that fence – it's much too low.
As in this sentence 'You ask far too many questions.', "far too many" modifies "questions" and " far too" modifies "many" As a result, I was expected in this "English is far too easy" that "far too easy" modifies "English" and "far too" modifies "easy"
