I have no words to thank you guys. This post is damn touching and the caption you have wrote. I never expected that I'll meet this kind of crazies in my university life ever. Yesterday was a remarkable day in my life which I won't ever forget you girls gifts and the secret plan of you three, if I get a brain wash.Hope the bond between us will never ever break till this life gets end! With fingers crossed! Yesterday I realized that how lucky I am how blessed I am to owe these musketeers in this life. Once again Thank you so much girls. Love you three to bits and pieces!!

Too + adjective means excessive. (eg: Her hair is too long. She should get a hair cut.)
Too at the end of the clause means "also."
Her hair is long, and his is too. (= She has long hair and he has long hair.)

Why did use the past tense, not the prefect present tense?
I'd meet is not past tense. It is modal: "I would meet."

These two have the same meaning. The word order is exact.

Her hair is too long, and his is too. (also)
Her hair is too long, and so is his. (also)

Her hair is too long and his (hair) is too short. (You can't use "so" when the two adjectives are different.)

First, the usage of 'too' you used must modify a complete sentence or an adjective or an adverb.

See the below examples.
be smart, handsome, and friendly too
He is coming too.
She too is anxious about you.
Too[Then, too], I would like to be free from my parents.

Or 'too' have to be used as a reply to negative sentence.

See the below examples.
"You can't swim 50 yards." - "(I) can too (swim)."
"I think you don't like me." - "I do too(like you)."

Second, the adverb 'never' is used with the perfect present tense when we stress experience.
