Could someone please correct my sentences grammatically??

1) I'm "IN" or "AT" the town.
2) What "WAS" the homework in the class "ON" Tuesday??

3) Did teacher give any homework in the class "ON" Tuesday??
4) Study well and "PASS WII YOU" or "PASS" with a prize.

5) Before "I COME" or "I"M COMING" this week can't I do any homework without the note??
6) "You get well soon." or "You will get well soon."

7) Are you a sober?? (I meant, "drunk" )
8) I'll mail you the document "AS SOON" or "AS SOON AS" I go home.
9) An small insect "HAD" or "HAS" bitten near my eye.
