Notary officers will have to cope with difficulties of translation

Notary offices now will be closer to the stadiums. If not geographically, then at least by law. On January 20th the Federal Law on fans came into force, according to this law all the slogans in foreign languages must be translated and translations must be notarized.
In particular, if a banner or a flag contains any text in a foreign language, then the fan should translate the text and notarize it. These papers must be submitted to the representative of the building’s management during the passage to the stadium. If the "visual propaganda" contains insulting remarks against any of the players, teams, racist or nationalist slogans, then the fan will have to immediately say goodbye riddance to it. In the case of non-compliance, fan can be expelled from the arena.
The fact of the participation of a notary in such a peculiar and ambiguous field indicates that our society tends to recovery; after all, where is notary, there is law.
