Basically, democracy means a government in which supreme power is vested to the people and exercised by them through a system of representation called elections. It is is the best form of government for today's society ,thus, democractic goverment members are often brought as a representative which promises to bring peace, benefit and happiness to all.
democracy leads to less internal violence, fewer wars and less murders by governments. Moreover, it reduces political uncertainty and instability and assures citizens that they will be given a chance to change those who are in power, or change policies with which they disagree. This makes an agreement with a system where political change takes place through violence.
Another way in which democracy is a representative for sociteys is that every individual that is to say every adult person regardless of race, religious belief or gender has the same political rights as each other. People living in a democratic society are protected from oppression by laws power. Democratic governments put laws into place to protect their citizens and to ensure a safe and fair society. It also help a Citizen to be able to choose his own life, rights and the ability to make decisions. Also the ability to elect his her best leader .
Lastly and perhaps the most interesting idea about democracy, is that it creates and increase the level of happiness in a society ,going back in history and especially After the death of many dictators systems during world wars and the arabe spring in some third world countries happiness becomes to rich an increasing level because the foundation of new democratic government in such societies therefore, people becomes more and more content beside it also allows people to exchange arguments and opinions with each other and to thoroughly engage with any topic. Clearly, democracy is one of the sources of human happiness that does affect national happiness at least as much as other sources as freedom of expression.
in conclusion, I think that a democracy can minimize conflicts and create stability in a society thus It is is the best form of government for today's society .
