Proposal for the new Arts Festival
Current Situation
The city of Kenton is currently famous for the local and rich musical culture that brings a lot of visitors and boosts the local economy. Although the initiatives involving the promotion of this culture are generally good, the people wish an innovative format for the weekly arts festival.
Recommendations
We recommend a new agenda in order to bring a new concept in terms of art. Firstly, the festival should be held in the local museum, managed by the local curator under the supervision of a marketing and planning company, responsible for the logistics and the efforts in communication, including photography and installations.
A general visitor information office should be available for the visitors with all the details and schedule about the event. A convenient discounted parking for the visitors would be extremely useful in our parking garage. Visitors must have their parking tickets validated at the admissions desk in order to receive discount rates. Students should receive $4 discount off the standard parking rate and non-students receive $3 discount. The parking garage also has a bike rack available at no charge.
It is desirable that the event timetable be very attractive and eclectic to the public. A possible version of a suitable timetable would be:

Brazilian Art Project, open from 10:00 pm to 17:00pm. The Brazilian art has developed its own tradition, with artists serving as an avant garde of a new multi ethnic culture.
World Music Festival open on Saturday at 11:00 pm. Direct from Morocco, the seven-member Orchestra of Tetouan would bring the enrapturing music they've performed across the world.
Conclusion
We must bear in mind that such initiatives are aimed at promoting a cultural behavior in our society are highly important for the city, and we hope that will be seriously considered in a short term.
