Could someone correct my motivation letter, please?it would help me out a lot

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in order to motivate my application for the xxx program for the 2015/2016 academic year. I hope it will contribute to a decision that I am suitable enough to be a student at your university.

I gained excellent knowledge and experience in several disciplines of management while doing a research project which enable me to be a multi-skilled person with a great development potential. Moreover, during my experience as researcher assistant I became truly fascinated about this field and its enormous possibilities of application in real life. As such, I believe that combining my acquired experience with the knowledge taught in your master’s program, would equip me with greater proficiency to develop my vocational profession as a researcher in the field I really want to be part of. The fact that the program combines theory and practical experience is excellent and this will definitely further improve my methodological knowledge and technical assistance expertise with which I will able to make a real difference through my work in the discipline of academic research.

In addition to hands-on data collection and research experience, I can offer my knowledge of research methodology and statistics gained as student for the undergraduate Statistics, Applied Statistics and Market Research class. During this time, I learned the techniques, methods and research used to conduct a successful investigation study, besides the fact that I became well versed in SPSS. On the other hand, I prefer the social research program in particular because, during my Consumer Behavior and Sociology of Consumerism class, I became truly fascinated by the intriguing and uniqueness of the socio-cultural field. Due to the fact it offers a distinctive and enlightening way of seeing and understanding the social world in which we live and which shapes our lives. To that end, taking part in the xxx master’s program will compliment my background and help me fulfill my future career plans which are; becoming a qualified researcher and working in the academic research field, with the purpose of helping others understand the way the social world works and how it might be changed for the better.

The centuries-old reputation of your university, as well as the variety multicultural of the city of xxx, have convinced me to aim at your master’s program as the most preferred choice for my future academic career. Hence, I am highly interested in the master’s program offered by the University of xxx because of its multidisciplinary nature which provides a diversity of viewpoints and expertise. As such, I strong believe that your program may provide me with even more thorough knowledge in the area and can be a gateway for my future career. I am also interested in the bringing together of academic and practical experience that the program provides.

In line with my plans to work fulltime in the area of investigation I see this program as an indispensable step towards that goal.
