Could someone correct my letter? Thanks a lot

Subject: Letter of Appeal

Dear Sir/ Maam:

I wish to appeal for the reconsideration of my financial aid application.

I am currently a student at CPA Alberta, pursuing the Advanced Certificate in Finance and Accounting. At the same time, I am enrolled in the course, Intermediate Accounting 1 offered at Athabasca. This course is one of the prerequisite courses for Advance Certificate in Finance and Accounting at CPA Alberta. There are 4 more courses offered at Athabasca that are prerequisites. These courses are eligible for transfer credit at CPA. I am planning to take up all these courses one at a time. I understand that you do not fund tuition fees for CPA Alberta.

The reason I will be taking these courses at Athabasca is that I am a full time mother with 2 kids (1 year old and and a 5 year old). I need more time to prepare and study for the courses. It would take 6 months to finish 1 course at Athabasca while 6-8 weeks at CPA Alberta. I am not comfortable studying under pressure and I do not want to take the risk.

I am asking for your generous heart to finance the courses I will be taking.
