Could someone correct my grammar please? (18mar)

Hi everyone!
I would be grateful if someone correct my mistakesEmotion: smile

Q:
You live in a room in college which you share with another student. You find it very difficult to work there because he or she always has friends visiting. They have parties in the room and sometimes borrow your things without asking you.

Write a letter to the Accommodation Officer at the college and ask for a new room next term. You would prefer a single room. Explain your reasons.

---------
A:
Dear Sir,

I am John. I lived in room 705 which share with my Mr Jason. Now I am writing to request an alteration of accommodation from next term due to some annoying behavior of my roommate.

I used to live in a single room at the beginning of this term. However, I have been moved to Mr Jason's room due to the repairing and decorating process of college last month. Mr Jason have many friends to visit him, sometimes they gathering and having parties up to midnight, It makes me very difficult to work and study. Besides, he and his friend sometimes borrow my things without asking me. Even though they never forget to give me back the things they borrowed, but I still think this kind of manner is unacceptable.

Due to above matters, I request to a new room next term. It would be perfect if it is a single room.

Thank you so much for your understanding.

Regards
John

In addition to the corrections above, you have a big run-on sentence in the middle.
AssmanMr Jason have many friends to visit him, sometimes they gathering and having parties up to midnight, It makes me very difficult to work and study.
These are three sentences and cannot be joined together with commas.

Also, if Jason is his first name, we would not

Hi,
A small further point, about 'I am John'.

When we give our name, we usually say 'My name is John'.

However, we don't say either in a letter. We simply write our name at the bottom, eg

Yours sincerely,

John Smith
