Could someone check a few sentences for me, please?
Hi all,
I would kindly ask someone to check those sentences for accuracy... I wanted them to sound as natural as possible in English, but I am not sure whether I succeeded in the task.. Can you help? Thank you very much!

In my opinion, the 3rd paragraph is ok, but the first two seems almost as if the writer is trying too hard. Why can't the writing be simpler? There is no one that needs to be impressed, right?

In my opinion, the 3rd paragraph is ok, but the first two seems almost as if the writer is trying too hard. Why can't the writing be simpler? There is no one that needs to be impressed, right?
