Could somebody please let me know if these sentences are grammatical?

Can I say "I am not going anywhere, I am just here. I am not buying the other two shirts today, I will get them when I come back shopping"?

Thanks!

Thank you Clive! Quick clarification though, is it correct to say "I am just here" to convey that I am not going anywhere?

Thank you again!

No. You'd say that in some other way.
eg I am staying here.
