Could somebody please help me improve this sentence (gramatically)?

Could somebody please help me improve this sentence? It should state that the court received a request from the ministry (although the request was issued by the United Kingdom and the ministry was just an intermediary) regarding execution of a decision made by the UK authority (decision was made in the UK but it should be executed in Germany).

On July 10, 2016 the court received a request for legal assistance by the United Kingdom from the Ministry of Justice regarding execution of adjudication financial in nature made by the competent authority of the United Kingdom on February 2, 2011 regarding John Wood in the territory of Germany.
