Being an only child is an issue which frequently generates a great deal of heated debate, with opponents maintaining that it makes you more selfish and egotistical, whilst supporters claim that you don’t have to fight for attention your parents.
Firstly, an only child is more mature than its peers since it spends more time with adults and it has influence for their behavior. For instance, if infants are surrounded only by adults then theirs speech abilities are going to be on extremely high level.
Secondly, it is often argued that an only child feel better in family because it is not compare to sibling which could have been shrewder or more handsome. Experts are of the opinion that, they don’t need to fight for their toys and feeling of jealousy can be strange for them. Many people feel that, less kids in house, better control of their safety.
In contrast, opponents of being an only child suppose that it becomes hazardous because of overprotection parents which don’t have other kids and they want to give them everything. For example, they are afraid of their infant and try to cut down their freedom or they are doing everything for them.
Furthermore, it is generally felt that loneliness is inseparable part of being an only child. It may be claimed that they can have difficulties with interact. People often can’t solve problems and their social abilities need improvement.
Taking everything into account, it is true to say that being an only child have advantages and disadvantages , but I suppose it would be better for children if they had siblings because it learn how to live it society and it is often the closest person whom we can say everything and it helps us.
