00Since recently Security has come to my consideration, which is the potential of breaking into rooms by using the backup key by the thieves. Initially, this is NOT a complaint about your staff, is doing an excellent job. But I’m not pleased with the methodology that they follow to issue the backup key to the person who has locked him self out of the dormitory. 02br

00At the time I was locked out (few times) the key was issued to me simply by asking my room number and there wasn’t any ID check to verify the person actually belongs in that room. At that time I verbally told the person who was at the reception regarding this matter and he/she mentioned that he/she knows who is in which room and he/she could identify the person by the face. Since, YMCA a popular accommodation hall, a lot of people come and goes each day. In my opinion, I think it would be difficult for a person to remember every one who lodged in at YMCA. Therefore I would NOT agree with the reply given by the reception specially the new staff at the reception. There could be people who has similar facial features and they are difficult to recognize as separate. If the keys were issued to the wrong people there is a high chance of a robbery in rooms.02br

00Therefore I request from the reception to perform an ID check before issuing the backup keys of the rooms to the people who requests for them.0-
