Could some one kindly check these

Please check and see if these are correct:

1. My worst customer service experiences include blatant rudeness to the point I think I obviously got bullied.

2. those of you who have been 
outside of Pakistan, Do you think that customer service in
Pakistan is bad.

In my sentence number 2, Is it supposed to be "THE customer service" or my original sentence is correct.
