COuld, Should , Might and able to

I've had a hard time learning those Emotion: smile
Could you give me some exercise that I could use these words at the subject?

and correct my grammar as well Emotion: big smile

So far I know these ,

Should - Is an advise right?

Might - not to sure

could - Possible

But I have trouble using these words in a sentence.

How can I use this word?

For example:able to

eg:I can able to know this sentence that is simple.

You need to add the "be"
