I don't like "Please find the enclosed folder" much, especially in combination with true imperatives ("sign ... return"). You can say: I enclose the folder; please sign the file, then please return the soft copy to me as soon as possible.

Is the folder lost? Why do you ask someone to find it?

A folder is not a file. Is the file inside the folder, perhaps with other files?

By soft copy, do you mean the signed copy?
