Could please help me with these 5 question given opinion
Could you please correct these 5 questions. Here is what I think:
1 I had to use my bedside table to keep the curtains drawn tight or/or else I was very uncomfortable. Both I think
2 We started working at our respective jobs at around the same time and quit at the same time. OK
3 I'm not allowed to take the cast off before next week. OK
4 I've never seen anyone not be able to bear the pain of such a small incision. OK
5 There are gaps in my resumé between jobs as I took sabaticals a lot. Not sure

2 The second 'at' is unnecessary because of the inclusion of 'at our respective jobs'. You could use either of the following
'We started working at our respective jobs around the same time and quit at the same time.' or
'We started working at around the same and quit at the same time.'
5. There are gaps in my resume because I took a lot of sabbaticals.
