Could please help me to correct my sentences
We request your kind approval on the applicationsame for the further extension of visit visa for a month to the following persons. Since they are on visit visa, we have requested for residence permit last week to look after his kids as no one after them but meanwhile their visit visa has been expired. In oder to stay leagally and to obtain residence permit, we need your kind approval on this visa extension request.
