Could ou help my with my essay (correct)?

My nuclear family consists of six people. I have quite a large extended family as well but only five of us live together in our family house.
My father with a bit of graying hair is touching 47 this year. He's called Jirí. He works as a bus driver. He is tall, has grey eyes. My father is keen on cars and is an excellent driver, of course. He also likes working on our house nad cottage where he prefers to spend most of his free time.
My mother's name is Irena and she's 46 years old. Nowadays, she's on maternity leave but she has a part-time job. She is relatively normal height and slim, has got short, dark hair. She's, as my father, hard-working. She fancy reading adventures books and oding crossword puzzles. Moreover she likes gardening. In summer, she manages to bake delicious fruit pies.
I have three sisters. My eldest sister is Eliška. She is twenty-five. She's quite tall and slender, has short straight dyed hair. She wears glasses. Eliška hasn't lived with us anymore. He lives in Pisner in a flat. She works as a nurse. Most of all she likes roller-blading and cycling with her friends.
The second oldest sister is called Ludmila. She is twenty-one. She is normal height, has long, curly, dark hair and a pale complexion. She attends university in Pilsen for the first year. She spent last year in Scotland where she was looking after a host-family's son. he adores TV serial Friends, we usually watch it together. Lidka takes a fancy to fashion. Her other bigger hobby is  reading. Her favourite author are George Orwel and Stanley Kubrick. I enjoy spending time with her and talking to her.
I also have one younger sister. Her name is Anežka. She's five. She attends a kinder garden. She looks forward to going there every morning. She likes drawing, singing ang playing with her dolls. I sometimes have to look after her.
I have two uncles, two aunts, only one grandfather and two grandmothers. My mother's father had died before I was born. My mother's mother Otýlie is a widow, she's old and not a good health. She used to live in a house in small village, take a walk and gardening, but then she had to move closer to my mother's brother, my uncle Zdenek. My grandmother is, in my view, the best cook i have ever known. 
Unfortunatelly, our family doesn't meet with my uncle and his family very often. Zdenek lives with his girlfriend and their two children in flat in Pilsen. I remember looking after my beautiful small niece Anna who is already a schoolgirl now. Ann's brother is Jakub with whom i have never get along. 
So that my father's parents live in Sušice, they are both retired. I often visit them over weekend. When they were younger, they used to travel abroad. Even, they were in the USA four times. My grandmother is caring and has to keep an eye on my granddad who doesn't realise he can't work as he was a young man.
At home i often help my parents because we have two large houses. I help with washing up, vacuuming and looking after our dog Tom.
My father's brother Václav and his family live in grandparent' house in Sušice. M cousin name is Martin. He's twenty-five. I remeber playing with him  a lot when a was a little girl.
I can say that i do get on well with my family although we argue at times. M relatives are very important to me because i can rely on them and they always help me.
