Could I Say "A Postmodifier" Is Attributive?

As far as I know, happy as in 'a happy family' is an attributive adjective , happy as in 'he is happy' being an predicative adjective. But I'm not sure If I can call galore as in 'there will be games and prizes galore' is an attributive adjective. Could it be that a postmodifier as well as a premodifier is attributive?
