Could I exchange "on" as "with" or "by" in the line below?

#1 - He did a whole professional light show on his computer in three days.
#2 - He did a whole professional light show with his computer in three days.

#3 - He did a whole professional light show by his computer in three days.

I've known that preposition of "on","with" and "by" could be used as the mean of method in sentenses.
The order day, I watched the movie then Ths actor says  #1 .
At that time, I started getting curious.
Please show me what they mean and the difference of #1,2 and #3 well.
