Could 'His job is of the most excellent type or quality' be a good explanation to the previous sentence?

Hi teachers,
According to this sentence, 'He has the best job of all'. Could 'His job is of the most excellent type or quality' be a good explanation to the previous sentence?
What I'm looking for is a good synonym for 'the best' besides 'the greatest'.

Thanks in advance.
