Hi,
Suppose that someone stole one of your jokes and tried to pass it off as their own, which of the following replies would you be most likely to use? Personally, I think they all work, but I could be wrong... Please correct me if such is the case.
"Good one, but even funnier is that I could have sworn I told you the very same joke a couple of months ago."
"Good one, but even funnier is that I could have sworn I told you the exact same joke a couple of months ago."
"Good one, but even funnier is that I could have sworn I told you this very joke a couple of months ago."
Okay, on second thought, maybe the third one doesn't work so well, but what about the first two?

I think you are right about number three, try this version: "Good one, but even funnier is that I could have sworn I told you that very joke a couple of months ago."
