Jack: What have you been doing for the past hour to make the boss happy?
Alex: I have been wiping the windows.
Jack: You could have been doing better (more productive) things; you could have been preparing his documents; you could have been cleaning his office; or you could have been filtering his email. I think the boss will be impressed by you.

Grammatically, yes. However, the last sentence is not logical.

After complaining about all the things that Alex could have been doing, Jack says that the boss will be pleased.

Note this, however: With introductory clauses like "I think", we transfer negation from the following clause into the "I think" clause to form "I don't think".
