Could everyone check gammar in below sentence,please? Subject is the food.

Pizza pan, IIlinois: It derived from Chicago. Part crust be made from cornmeal and olive oil and being grilled over before take the cheese , tomato sauce, meat and many other materials.

Salad Cobb, California: It derived from Hollyhood by Brown Derby's restaurant, was created in the late 1930s. The main materials of salad cobb is lettuce, tomato, chicken, cheese, boiled eggs, bacon and cheese.
