Could correct the answers

Hi teachers,
Even though 'a' is the most natural one; are the other two also possible?
Context:
Peter: Good evening. My name's Peter. I'm here for my piano lesson. Sorry, but I'm a little early.
How early did Peter get to the piano school?
a) A little.
b) A little early.
c) He got there a little early.

Thanks in advance.
