Could anyone spot mistakes in this paragraph, please?
I have just phoned but unfortunately the representative to whom I talked couldn't satisfied me. so I am repeating my call again hoping to assist me to explain this something I noticed [is] most strange. I have purchased a recharging card from some shop, however, It was a piece of paper and not plastic card like which I was used to purchasing. On the other hand, I didn't notice any serial number of the side of this piece of paper.
I haven't used it yet, though, I am quite scared that it was used.
On top of that, and aside from the strangeness of the card, I didn't notice any scratching area covering the hidden numbers, however, the numbers of recharging are shown. So I am scared that the owner of shop from whom I purchased the card might use it. thus I need confirming this for me.
If these representatives are authorised from you, otherwise they maybe want to be falsifying your reputation.
