Grammar

Could anyone spot if there are any mistakes in my email message?

I would like just to remind you if you could find a little time to reply me on my message whose title indicates or you are very short of time this week.

Hoping forward to receiving your response at your earliest convenience.

NB: Because you are a native English speaker and are proficient in English. What advice would you like to give me to make me do more rapid progress in English? Because, although I have been exhausting myself for about 14 months, my English is not good enough as much as I work hard. What is the matter??? Do you see my English has been improving? Do you think that I dedicate more time to keep vocabularies better than focusing on grammar? But even if this is true, I would like to say to you that I will forget them because I will not find another person to practice with.

Kind regards

Thank you very much indeed for your reply.
I would like firstly to ask you about whether this paragraph is true or it needs being modified.

Because, although I have been exhausting myself for about 14 months, my English is not good enough as much as I work hard. What is the matter??? Do you see my English has been improving? Do you think that I dedicate more time to keep

You're welcome, Mohammad.
"But even if this were true, I would like to say...", is the correct construction. It is the most formal.
However, you will notice that "...if this is true..." is also used by many (if not most) native speakers. English is a language that is constantly evolving, and this is a good example. Rules change with usage.

Thank you very much for continuing the conversation. There sounds as if it is a final point which is as follows:
Could you confirm for me whether or not I can say:
I think this pattern[as adjective/adverb as <pronoun/noun> + <verb>:] is most common.
Because, although I have been exhausting myself for about 14 months, my English is not good enough

"....my English is not good enough as much as I work hard", is incorrect.
"As much as" means: the same quantity as. I think the idea you wish to convey is that your effort is not producing the progress you think it should

Thank you so much indeed. On the contrary, I wanted to convey that my effort is not equated with the progress of my language.

In other words, I have been working hard, however, my English is still not good enough.

So I wanted to convey that my effort is not equated with what I have been working.
