Could anyone please help me check the dialog?

Hi. Could anyone please help me check the dialog in this and make it more natural if necessary? Thank you.

A police officer has been called about some young people breaking into a company building and are vandalising it. The officer shows up at the address but there's nothing to see, which he reports to his radio.

Officer: I'm at the address. Everything seems quiet here. No signs of disturbance. But I'm just going to take a closer look.

He comes back from taking a closer look.

Officer: Everything's okay here at the address. I'm leaving again.
