Dear Neighbours,

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to do a part-time evening course for you, but I am sorry to tell u that I am not able to continue the course from next month.

Since I have been promoted last week, the job natural of my full-time job has been changed. I can foresee that I have to work overtime from next month after the new project being. That's mean I am not able to do a part time evening course anymore.

I decided to stop doing the part-time evening course for you from next month, but I will find my friend Kenny who is a full-time teacher to replace me. He is a more able course teacher than I am, and I think he must fulfil your requirement.

Thank you for your understanding; I am looking forward to work for you again.

Sincerely
Assman

Hey,

If you say I am looking forward.." it gives an idea that now at the moment you want to work for this person again.

If you say I'll be looking forward to.." you make clear that in the future you will want to work for this person again.

Concerning the from "..to working with you"...it's due to the fact that TO here works as a preposition, so we must use the verb in
