Could Anyone Help Me Correct This Compulsory Automobile Insurance Publicizing?

According to Taiwan's new Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act, all motor vehicles and mini electric two-wheel vehicles(regarded as automobiles under this Act) must be insured. If an uninsured vehicle is involved in any traffic violation, its owner will be charged with violating the Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance Act.
