Could anyone explain to me the meaning to the following sentence

Could anyone explain to me the meaning of the following sentence:

"Ok thats sort it out nearer the time"

The above was sent to me as a reply from a business customer and I did not understand what he meant. Below is the email exchange that lead to this reply:

Me: Just a quick one - I am planning to visit my mate in London again in September. Assuming you make an order in September do you expect it to be the first or the second half of the month – I will need to be here while Ferbul is prepared and shipped and also let my mate know when I can visit London so he can arrange a week off.

Recipient: No problem here just book it and we will work round you

Me: Thanks for that - I am planning to be in London 6 -10.09 but will further confirm when I book it.

Me: Quick update - I had an email back from my mate, he is currently working on a project in Paris and is due back in London 4-5th of October. I will delay my visit to London and will most likely visit second week of October. It will also be nice to meet you if you are in the UK and have the time.

Recipient: Ok thats sort it out nearer the time

Your help will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for trying to help, Clive. Yes, my business partner is english native speaker. My mate is actually my best friend who live in London and who I plan to visit when I am there to meet my business partner.

The reason to have this email exchange is that my presence is required here in Bulgaria while the order for my business partner is prepared and we had an agreement for the order to

Hi,

"the fact that you will visit October resolves the situation because the time for the order is nearing as it will be placed in September and you will have no problem being present while the order is prepared "

Hi,

OK. Much, much better.

With your decision to visit in October, you will have no problem being present at your factory in September while the order is prepared and then visiting London to meet me and your friend."

I completely agree that it was just a typo and "let's" was the right word!
