Could anyone correct this sentence,please!

Hi all,
Is the following sentence a correct sentence ?

"I know this girl to be in this street for some 30 days. Before that who knows for how long she has been here ?".

Is this how a native speaker would say if he wants to say the same ?

Actually, it's two grammatically correct sentences, but probably not how a native speaker would say it. It's hard to determine exactly what you mean, but one possible reading of it would go like this in American English: I know she's been living on this street for about a month, but who knows how long she lived there before that. If the question is not just rhetorical, but a true request for information, it would be done a little differently.

Yes,you are right it is actually two sentences. I am not good with punctuations and all. I would take the first one of your suggestions as it closely matches to what I wanted to say. Thanks for the help !
