Could anyone correct this please?
As a part of the response preparedness to oil spill contingency, we are planning to conduct a capacity building workshop and Drill on spill response on 26th and 27th May 2016.
We are planning to use harbor premises to conduct boom deployment drill. This deployment exercise will be conducted by Sri Lanka Coast Guard.
I request your permission to use Galle Commercial harbor premises on 27th for boom deployment exercise.
The details of the programe are as follows.
• Date and Time - 27th of May 2016 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
• No. of Participants - 60
• Tent size – 02 No. of 10x10 tents
We will submit the participant list to you as soon as possible for issuing one day permission for them.
