Could anyone correct my grammar pls? (13FEB)

Hello everyone, Could someone correct my mistake pls? Emotion: embarrassed

And this one :

Thank you so much!

Q:
You ordered a new cheque book from your bank two weeks ago but you have received nothing.

Write a letter to the manager complaining about the bad service. Say when and how you ordered the cheque book. Ask how much longer you will have to wait and ask the manager what action he will take over this matter.

-------
A:
Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the bad service of your bank. I have ordered a new cheque book form your bank more than two weeks ago but I still haven't receive anything yet.

I remember that I gave a call to your customer service centre to request a cheque at the morning about 11:00; the one who pick up the phone is Ms Shelly. She said that the new cheque will send to my home address by mail directly within 10 days. Ten days later I called the Ms Shelly again and told her that the new cheque book still not arrived, then she said she will follow it and call me back later. But I still haven't receive any cheque book or phone call from anyone of your staff until now.

Please give me an acceptable explanation for this matter. Beside, please let me know how much longer I still have to wait for my cheque book.

Regards
Assman

Just a few other points:

1. Don't use the past perfect "have ordered." You give a specific time when it happened, so you need to use the simple past. I ordered.

2. Don't refer to the cheque book as "the cheque." Use the full phrase, "cheque book." A "cheque" is a single piece of paper.

3. Using "until now" to me says that you have now received a call. You have already sa

1) Can I say: I have ordered the cheque book before received the phone call from bank yesterday.

3) That's mean if I am complaining via the phone I can say like this, isn't it?
Can I say " I still haven't received your call in the meantime." ?

Did you receive a call FROM the bank, or di
