Could anyone correct a sentence (law)

Payment shall be effected by Customer to Supplier’s account as 100% payment by Bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of Product.

I know it's now ok, could you please help me correct it?

Thanks in advance.

snuppelina know it's now ok I wouldn't say that at all. Total payment shall be made by customer to supplier’s account by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Hi!

Where should I place "as soon as possible" in this sentence? Will at the end be ok?

The party shall be obliged to notify the other party of the beginning, possible duration, and cessation of the circumstances constituting force majeure as soon as possible.

Thank you!
