The project takes up the issue of motivating employees by organising professional training that matches their individual needs. Based on professional literature as well as on the survey conducted on XBank as the subject of my study, the project describes the issue of motivation and training. The inquiry has demostrated the existence of connection between training of employees and increase of their work motivation. The research results confirmed an/the indirect connection that exist, nevertheless, and that it has a great significance for the company.
