could anybody please check the following paragraphy??/ pleaseeeeeeee

Since I have got an overseas assigment for which i have to immediately travel, i am tendering my resignation via this email, please accept the same. thank you very much for your guidance, co-operation and help which made me to dischrage my duties efficiently.
