Could anybody correct these four sentences for me?
(1) After awaking, Henchard find out what had happened and tried to look for them with the five-guineas.
(2) Finally, he failed, and then went to Casterbridge .
(3) Eighteen years later, Susan and Elizabeth-Jane went to Casterbridge to find his husband after the death of Newson.
(4) Henchard had became an successful corn-merchant and mayor at that time.
