nowadays there are more and people who decided to led a healthy lifestyle. They have choosen a vegetarian diet as a way for health but is it really helpful? Have you ever taught about advantages and disadvantages of vegetarian diet? Firstly, people who do not eat a meat they are very often thinner than a humans who eat actually everything and they have seldom problem with a high cholesterol which is agony for a people who eat normal. Next advantage is that the vegtarian diet take in a lot of fibre and vitamines. Fourtunelly vegetarians diet include main vegetables such as carrot and or cucmber and fruits just like apple. However, vegetarian diet need more time to prepare a meal. Often vegetarian have to wake up early to makea meal and that food is actually more expensive than a normal snack like a hamburger, bacause that ectable need a lot of ecology product to prepare refection. The other disadvantage is that kids who does not eat meat they are very often feel strangers for example at the kindergarten, bacause they do not eat the same meal as his or her mates. Summarizing, vegetarian diet has a lot of advantages and disadvantages. Vegetarian food not always tastes good but is healthy, instead a normal diet can be faster to prepare and tastes better. I consider a vegetarian diet is better for health.
