Could anybody check my declaration letter, please!
Hi, can anyone help me to check and correct my followin declaration letter to embassy? Thanks a lot!
Declaration Letter
To the <X-country> Embassy in <Y-location>:
Due to an urgent meeting to attend in <Z-coutnry>, our customer, AAA, has to be available in <Y-location> for meeting preparation from <X-date>. Therefore, he has cancelled his trip plan to X-country and his passport is currently being processed in the embassy for visa cancellation. It is wished that his passport could be made available for pickup from the embassy before <Y-date>.
We hereby declare the above information is true.
