Young adults are influenced by many factors while they grow up. People around them have a significant influence on them, whether they are their family or their friends. But who have the most important influence on them? In my opinion there are a lot of reasons which make friends have the greatest influence on young adult.
Young adults are affected greatly by the environment surrounding them. Friends constitute a big portion of this environment. Young adults spend a lot of time with their friends whether at school or after it. This much time young adults spend with their friends increase their friends influence on them and much of their acquired behavior and attitude are gained from their friend.
Another reason is that young adults’ experiences are made by watching and learning how others act in different situations. They learn from their friends how to act in situations they did not experience yet or they experienced before but think their friends responded to it more appropriately
On the other hand family do have an influence on young adults but it is not very significant when compared to their friends because they are always focusing on issues that do not represent an area of interest to young adults, Like studying or doing good things from their point of view . This influence might decrease in presence of family members, brothers or sisters, who are much older or younger.

To sum up, young adults tend to learn from people surrounding them. Time they spend, how much they are interested in what people around them are doing and different situation they live. These all are matters that affect them. These matters involve friends more often than family, as a result of that these matters increase the influence friends have on young adults.
