Could any one evaluate and give some advice in my essay

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? In order to become a financially responsible adult, people should be taught how to manage money at an early age.

As they are already adults, most of the people have forgotten once they were children. They thought as if they were born as adults. Their ways of thinking and acting are always adult-like, never be developed from these of children. But this cannot be true. All of us were growing day by day from a baby to an adult, and everything we can mange now was learnt when we were young. So I think it is good for everyone to learn how to manage money at a young age, the earlier the better.

Money is a good thing but not so good without a wise usage. If one doesn’t control his desire and use up the money very quickly, if some emergency that needs a lot of money happens, for example, some family member fells ill, there will be no one can help. An adult should be very responsible; he or she should take charge in not only him or herself but also the family. They should save money for some future plans while spend them to improve the living condition. It is not so exaggerate to say that money management is kind of an art. No one can be born good at it.

I say this because there is a good example just beside me. I have two cousins who are now adults, and we were stay together when we were little girls. One of them who named Lee is taught to manage her pocket money at the age of five. Her mother made her to save all the money she had received, and to take records how the money was spent. When she was at the age of seven, she could even pay the charge of school by the money that she has saved all these two years. She did some part-time jobs to gain money for her future self-education. Now Lee is going abroad all on her own. But another younger sister who named Su, whose family is richer than Lee’s, got much money at a very young age, and just bought whatever pleased her eyes. Now she has more than two hundreds of dolls. Yet she has to always borrow money from me.

Maybe some parents will say that it is not so good for young children to deal with money, because they don’t even know how to control their desire for toys. But if they didn’t have learnt how to make it, how can they control their desire for cars and beautiful house when they become adults? Everything was learnt when we were young, and then we can became adapted adults.
