Could and can (both) correct?

Hi. Please help. Let us pretend there was a person who thought pop songs would be a great way to learn and teach English. Thinking asking some questions on the lyrics would be good, he decided to draw up some questions based on lines in the former hit song "Y.M.C.A." like "You can get yourself clean" and "You can have a good meal" in the lyrics, in addition to more indepth, content-based questions.

Could he ask these questions? Which modal verbs should he use, could or can? Could he use either of them? If he could use "could," could he replace (substitute) the modal verb "could" with the phrase "is it possible"? Thus making the first question below (after making some other changes too), "Is it possible for him to get a good meal at the Y.M.C.A.?"

1. Could/Can he get a good meal at the Y.M.C.A.?

2. Could/Can he get himself clean at the Y.M.C.A.?
