Could A Relative 'What' Be Cataphora?

I've never learnt cataphoric use of 'what' in class. Is it possible for a relative 'what' to stand for a word or phrase that is used later (like 'she' in the sentence 'she was running late, so Sue grabbed a quick sandwich'.)? If so, could you give me an example? Thanks for putting your time into reading my question.
